This pigment is a new type of long after-glow photoluminescent pigment. Free from any radioactive substance and toxicity and with strong capability of absorbing-storing-emitting light, the pigment can glow in the dark automatically for several hours after absorbing varieties of visible lights for 10-30 minutes.

Photoluminescent Film

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Film is made of photoluminescent pigment based on alkaline earth aluminates, so it has good absorbing-storing-emitting effect which can continuously glow in the dark for over 12 hours after absorbing various of visible light and UV light for 10-15 minutes. The photoluminescent effect with its high initial brightness drops gradually over time but remains visible to the eye adapted to the darkness.

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Film delivers amazing flexibility for use as an important safety product. You can easily paste the photoluminescent film to anywhere you want, also can be cut into any graph, figure and pattern, or be screen-printed. Photoluminescent Plastic Materbatch

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Plastic Pellets are particularly for certain resins such as PP, PE , PMMA, PC, etc. By injection, extrusion and blowing molding, you can use photoluminescent plastic pellets directly to make luminous plastic products. Our standard percentage of the photoluminescent pigment in the photoluminescent plastic pellets is 25% and 50%. The brightness and afterglow time of your finished products could be adjusted by yourself by adding more resins into the compounds. In order to make your photoluminescent finished products get various colors, you can choose photoluminescent pigment in different colors. Otherwise, you can also use dyes/pigment to colorize it. But the dyes/pigment can definitely affect the brightness and afterglow time of the finished products. One with higher brightness and use light color dyes/pigment to minimize the loss of t he brightness.

Photoluminescent polyester fiber

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Fiber is new patented product owned by our company. The fiber is made of our high-tech material self-glowing pigment. Besides it can be used as common fiber, it can glow in the dark. The surface of the textiles made from it is smooth and they are non-radioactivity, harmless and nontoxic, soft and they have good aging resistance.

The application of this fiber is so vary to cover from various kinds of threads for embroidery, fabrics for cloth, boa material for stuff toys, jacquard material for bags, straps for shoes up to rope for rescue and climbing. Luminescent plastic masterbatch are also supplied as customer's request.

First, we produce photoluminescent plastic masterbatch. Second, through melting filature we produce many specs of luminescent fiber （filament yarns or staple fibers）. This producing method has been declared as national invention patent and this item is the municipal key item.
Photoluminescent polyester fiber, polyester 150D/75D,polyester S32/S21, polyester 3.5D*51MM/1.5D*38MM, photoluminescent polypropylene fiber 900D/450D, photoluminescent Nylon 6 fiber 450D/150D are available.

Photoluminescent Ceramic

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Ceramic Tiles can be used floors, walls and ceilings where the use of paint, low location strips or other is not feasible. The tiles can also be used in already existing tile arrangements where the tiles will show the way out if power black-outs occur or smoke starts to fill the room/area.
Here are some application areas:
1. Ceramic tiles are already in use or are planned so that the esthetic value is maintained.
2. The surface is subject to wear and tear that ordinary signages are not suitable.
3. The surface need flashing or is even under water.

Photoluminescent Glass

LIGHTLEAD photoluminescent pigment in powder form or in granule form can be incorporated to glow glass. LIGHTLEAD photoluminescent glass pieces by hand made are available.

All of our photoluminescent pigments are compatible with raw molten glass. The only issue is temperature which varies between products. Basically, if the pigment melts, then it is destroyed. Therefore, check the melting point on the MSDS before heating any of our glow in the dark pigments. Most of our products can be heated to 2500 F before they begin to break down.

Photoluminescent Numbers

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Numbers and Letters are loaded 50% YG-2D photoluminescent pigment based on Strontium Aluminates. They are UV resistant and can withstand exposure to the elements. The temperature ranges with be - 50 Celsius to +100 Celsius and elevations will also range.

The luminance of our 50% pigment loaded samples is better than any samples in the market as we know. The luminance of our 50% pigment loaded samples after 10 minutes will exceed 900mcd/m2.

Glow numbers and letter are in 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch or 6 inch size. Body color in red, yellow, blue, green and violet are available. Appearance color is varying.

Photoluminescent Threads

LIGHTLEAD Photoluminescent Threads are much brighter than original glow threads in the market and glows for up to six hours.

Photoluminescent threads are designed and tested for today's high-speed embroidery machines with any bobbin thread (poly, cotton, etc.) and suited to all domestic home embroidery machines. Photoluminescent threads are machine washable, and can withstand up to 420° F (for patch embroidery or emblems).

Charge it with natural or artificial light for a few minutes and watch it glow for up to 6 hours, time after time. Great for hats, shoes, t-shirts, tents, belts, curtains, bedspreads, cushions, table cloths, pillowcases and any other design to show off at night.

Cones yield 2500 meters or 100g per cone, all six colors, 150 denier*2ply and 300 denier*2ply.
